Skechers x Ryan’s World

I led the digital marketing campaign for the global launch of the Ryan’s World x Skechers footwear collaboration—the first global shoe deal for a YouTube kid influencer. In this partnership, I developed and executed a kid-forward campaign that spanned YouTube, social media, and retail channels. This included directing creative for teaser videos, social content, and digital assets across Skechers.com and in-store displays. I collaborated closely with Ryan’s team to produce the high-impact reveal video featured on his YouTube channel (35M+ subscribers), helping to drive strong engagement and product sell-through in the initial launch window. The campaign successfully aligned Skechers with one of the world’s most recognized kids’ franchises, reinforcing the brand’s leadership in the children’s footwear market.
